If you’re specifically looking for Reformer Pilates, we have it! Additionally we have a wide range of Pilates equipment including Pilates Towers, Wunda Chairs, and a Cadillac. While we lean towards the Classical Approach Joseph Pilates originally taught, our most important focus is on utilizing the equipment to build the body uniformly.

Begin your Pilates journey in a supportive small-group setting. This two-week intro package includes 4 semi-private visits (3–4 participants) so you can build consistency, experience the Whole Body difference, and move confidently toward a membership.

Duet Pilates lessons allow two people to train together while still receiving personalized instruction from a certified instructor, combining individualized coaching with the motivation of a shared experience.
