Private Pilates Lessons

If you are new to the studio, we recommend starting with one of our Intro Pilates Offers so you can experience our studio, instructors, and equipment before committing to ongoing sessions.

Private Pilates lessons are ideal for clients who want a fully personalized experience focused on their unique goals, movement patterns, and pace of progress.

Each session is conducted one-on-one with a certified Pilates instructor and uses the full range of studio equipment—including the Reformer, Tower, and other apparatus—to deliver a customized workout that supports strength, mobility, posture, and overall wellness.

Private sessions allow your instructor to tailor every movement to your body, helping you progress safely while building deep core strength, alignment, and confidence in your movement.

How It Works

  1. New private clients begin with a Pilates Evaluation so your instructor can understand your movement patterns and goals.

  2. Your instructor will design sessions specifically for your needs and desired outcomes.

  3. Lessons are scheduled based on your availability and training frequency.

  4. Over time, your instructor will evolve your program to support continued strength, mobility, and progress.

Who Private Lessons Are For

Private Pilates sessions are ideal if you:

Some clients begin with private sessions and later transition into semi-private training or membership options once they feel comfortable with the equipment and movements.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to complete a Pilates Evaluation before booking private lessons?

Yes. All new private Pilates clients begin with a Pilates Evaluation. This one-on-one session allows your instructor to assess your posture, movement patterns, and goals so we can design a personalized program that supports safe and effective progress.

How often should I schedule private Pilates sessions?

This depends on your goals, schedule, and experience level. Many clients begin with 1–2 sessions per week to build strength, improve movement patterns, and develop confidence with the equipment. Your instructor will help recommend a training frequency that fits your lifestyle and long-term goals.

Can private Pilates help if I have pain, injuries, or physical limitations?

Yes. Private Pilates sessions are highly adaptable and can be modified to support clients dealing with back pain, joint issues, postural imbalances, or injury recovery. Your instructor will design movements that strengthen supporting muscles while helping you move safely and comfortably.
