Flow through classic ballet movements, core work on the mat, and mat ballet—where dance meets the floor—while adding strength training with hand weights. This class is designed to sculpt and lengthen your muscles, improve posture, and build full-body strength with a graceful touch. No dance experience required—just a love for movement and a little ballerina flair!

Pilates Evaluation Lesson
New to Pilates, or just new to Whole Body Studio? We want to get to know you! In this very first lesson, we introduce you to Pilates, go over all the equipment in the studio and take you through a workout with your trainer – so make sure to wear comfortable clothing. Together, we evaluate any injuries or imbalances you may have in your body and formulate a plan to best work towards your goals.
