Meghan discovered Pilates while pursuing her career as a dancer and dance teacher in New York, and it quickly became a vital part of her wellness journey. After relocating to Los Angeles and welcoming her daughter, she recognized how essential Pilates was for maintaining both physical health and mental clarity.
She completed her training under renowned instructor Maria Leone at Bodyline Studio in Beverly Hills and spent the next five years working alongside her, deepening her knowledge and passion for the classical method.
Meghan brings infectious energy, a strong dance background, and a deep appreciation for hard work and fun to every session. Her classes are high-energy, core-focused, and designed to leave you feeling strong, centered, and inspired. In addition to Pilates, Meghan also teaches barre and dance fundamentals—bringing grace, rhythm, and creativity into every class.
