At Whole Body Massage and Pilates, we believe that every journey towards better health and fitness begins with a clear understanding of your unique body and its needs. In this very first lesson with us, we introduce you to Pilates, go over all the equipment in the studio and take you through a workout with your certified Pilates Instructor. Together, we evaluate any injuries or imbalances you may have in your body and build a customized plan to best work towards your goals. Wear comfortable clothing to work out in and be prepared to work out bare foot or wear socks with traction.
